This version is used due to a SRAM issue with the other romsets with the used emulator.

This run starts from a savestate from a bigger run but the time given is from approximate power on.

I feel like I've gotten better about when and how to use the damage boosting and pause damage boosting strats in this. I take a different boss order compared to the NES zipless TAS due to both how bad rapid fire is in Wily Wars and how Quick Man takes only one point of damage from buster shots instead of two. At least Item 2 gets to see a lot of good use in Crash Man's stage.
