The 1.3 TCe engine (H5Ht) in Renault and Dacia vehicles was engineered along with the Mercedes company and has been also used in Mercedes cars as the M282 engine and in Nissan vehicles as HR13DDT engine.
This is quite a good machine that can last up to 300-350 thousand kilometers and is very reliable unless serviced poorly. You will still want to know about several common issues that these engines are prone to.
In this video, I will tell you about the common faults of the 1.3 TCe engine. Please keep in mind that I’ll be focusing on problems but I still think that these engines are good and reliable. You just need to know about the common issues to make sure you maintain them properly and avoid the problems.
