The Govee Lyra Floor Lamp features Govee''s beloved RGBIC lighting! Unlike RGBIC LED Strip Lights that need to be hung or hidden, the Lyra is a stand-alone piece that pairs well with other LED lighting. This would be great accent lighting for your living room, den, man cave, dorm room, etc.

The Govee Lyra doesn't come fully assembled. From start to finish, it takes about 15 mins to assemble. All necessary tools and pieces are included in the box.

Once assembled, you can control the Lyra with the included remote or by connecting it to your WiFi and using the Govee Home App. The app gives you a ton more control, so I highly recommend taking the time to get it connected. The connection process has you select the lamp, search for it via Bluetooth, and then enter in your WiFi password.

The Govee Home App allows you to do simple things like turn it on/off, adjust the brightness, and adjust the color. In addition, you get access to all the sweet effects and music modes. For me, this is what really sets Govee apart from other LED light manufacturers.

Overall, I was impressed by the constructions, effects, and overall functionality of the LED floors lamp. However, I am still unsure of the $150 price tag. If you have the cash, this may be the perfect accent light. If not, I'm sure you can rig something else up that will be just as cool! Do you think it is worth it?
