Movie Plot:
Impressed with the dedication shown by Police Inspector Gautam, the Commissioner of Police assigns him to police a lawless town overrun by criminals. Despite the danger, Gautam accepts the assignment and travels to the town. He discovers that the town is indeed controlled by the arrogant and aristocratic Dharamdutt. When Dharamdutt learns about Gautam, he orders his personal hit-man, Govinda, to eliminate him.
