Well this is the final part of making the prototype prawn pots for strong tides and heavy weed. I bonded in the concrete weight, made and fitted a bait bag, then added the bridle and pot spinner. Next time I go to sea in the boat, I will shoot a few of these and see how they fish, and any changes I need to make. Hopefully we will catch plenty of prawns which make great bait for bass, rays, smooth hounds and various other species, or simply to boil and eat!
