Why do I state that some of Numa-P's videos are originally from YouTube and others from NicoNico, when everyone knows that he uploads all his videos simultaneously on both sites?

Ansver:
I've downloaded each video from both video sites, and then compared the video resolution and the audio bit rate. For each video, I state the best quality upload as his original video, and pretend that the other copy doesn't exist.

The video title:
'The Dropped Things of an Elephant'
must mean that the elephant caught the dropped red ballon and gave it back to Petite Tiger-Miku, right? (You weren't thinking of anything else, right...?). The Japanese title is using the word "otoshimono", that means lost things that ought to be handed in at the Lost-and-Found counter.

Numa-P subtitle notes:

Numa-P has unfortunately been inactive after March 2016, and that includes replies to comments. I don't know why.

YouTube deleted all annotations on the entire YouTube on January 24th 2019. This means that all Numa-P's English subtitles were deleted on January 24th 2019, because his subtitles were annotations (unlike mine that are closed captions).

So plan to re-upload many of his videos with English subtitles, because I have his (2015) permit to do so, and I'm able to both read Japanese and code subtitle files. I'll start with the videos that have 128 kbit/s audio quality or less. I'll do those with better sound quality if and when YouTube allows 192 kbit/s uploads anew.

Sound quality notes:

YouTube has finally ruined the sound quality completely at YouTube (while proudly increasing the video resolution to 4K).

HD uploads directly from a hard drive folder via YouTube's own upload button used to become 192 kbit/s AAC before 2016. But YouTube slashed the sound quality of new HD uploads on March 28th 2016 from 192 kbit/s HiFi to 126 kbit/s LoFi.

However, YouTube left a backdoor open to HiFi quality: Uploads from inside any video editing software still became 192 kbit/s throughout the years 2016 and 2017. This backdoor was slammed shut quite recently, sometime between January 2018 and January 2019.

On May 15th 2019 I did a test upload of a 320 kbit/s LamazeP song with Filmora, followed by a subsequent test download of the same video after completed processing, and got a 128 kbit/s LoFi download. I did a similar upload/download test with Filmora back in 2016 and got a 192 kbit/s HiFi download. (In both cases I got an ugly waterprint over the video because I used unpaid Filmora, but the waterprint doesn't affect the soundtrack and only I will ever see the private ugly test video).

All my public videos were uploaded from inside Windows Live Movie Maker in 2016, and from inside Movavi Online in 2017 and 2018. But YouTube keep changing return codes so these softwares stopped working entirely as uploaders.

Now in 2019 I've recently tested Free YouTube Uploader. It gave back 128 test downloads just as Filmora in January 2019, and stopped working entirely in May 2019 because YouTube had changed some return code again. (Only costly video softwares like Filmora keep up with YouTube and constantly update their softwares according to YouTubes newest return codes).

Furthermore, YouTube has very recently blocked downloads of YouTube videos uploaded after that unknown blocking date. So I cannot even download this very video to check if it became 128 kbit/s, (or less than 128 kbit/s by some new devilish design by YouTube?).

I simply have to guess that it's 128 kbit/s, hold my nose and smile, and then make it public.

For the above reasons, I will only upload videos whose soundtrack only exists in 128 kbit/s or less. In this manner, I will avoid to ruin the soundtrack of any videos with better than 128 kbit/s audio.

Q: Why did YouTube slash the sound quality? A: Because over 90% of the users are using smartphones nowadays and "sound quality doesn't matter" on phones.

One thing is very fortunate at YouTube though. The sound quality only depends on the upload date. So old HiFi uploads are never changed to LoFi retroactively.
