Here's what you need: (Makes 4 servings)
👉🏻 For the base:
🍪 10 Oreo Cookies
🍪 3 Tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)

👉🏻 For the Filling
🍪 1 Cup Whipping Cream (Cold and 30 to 35% fat)
🍪 ⅔ Cups Cream Cheese (Use full fat)
🍪 2½ Tbsps Granulated Sugar
🍪 4 Oreo Cookies (You can use more if you want)
🍪 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

👉🏻 For the Ganache
🍪 40g Milk Chocolate
🍪 40g Whipping Cream

📌 NOTES:
Allow the cheesecake to chill in the fridge before adding the ganache.
Make sure the ganache is at room temperature (NOT hot) before adding it to the cheesecake
You can eat this right away but I prefer to let it sit in the fridge for a few hours, the flavors and texture will become better.
Don't press the Oreo base too much, you don't need to do that when it comes to cheesecake cups.
You can make this recipe a day in advance and keep them in the fridge overnight.
