2️⃣ Cover or keep uncovered—choose one.
3️⃣ Add green onion and adjust seasoning.
Notes 📝
Sprouts cooking time: Simmer 7–10 minutes until soft but still intact.
Lid rule:
Keep closed the whole time for a deeper, bean‑sprout aroma.
Keep open the whole time for a cleaner, lighter flavor.
Switching mid‑way can create an off‑smell.
Seasoning: Salt is the primary seasoning; adjust gradually.
