Mysterio Suite | Spider-Man: Far From Home (Original Soundtrack) by Michael Giacchino

Mysterio is one of my favorite MCU villains, and I'm so happy they managed to adapt him into a fun and enjoyable villain. His theme from Michael Giacchino is one of the composer's most complex and intricate motifs and themes, and further cements him as one of the best composers of our time. His theme is heroic and triumphant, accompanied by pulsing synthesizers, ripping electric guitars, intense percussion, and a boisterous blare of brass. His theme is swooning and bursting with charisma, and instantly evokes that feeling of true heroism. But as his reveals himself, he shows his true colors, and everything flips. The thrilling brass and woodwind section that played between his theme statements and main motif are now low and sinister, the electronic elements now grungy and dirty. And his motif is now swallowed by this air of malice and ominence. With a simple change in pitch and tone, Mysterio's theme goes from a triumphant hero melody to a dark, sinister villain theme befitting the true character underneath his facade.
