1.Stepless Adjustment.
The take-up reel transfers a certain speed to the polished shaft. Without changing the rotating speed of the shaft through moving the indicator on the scale dial, adjust the traverse drive's speed of reciprocating motion on the shaft, range from 0 to the maximum pitch setting.

2.Instantaneous Reversal
Don't need to change rotation direction of the shaft, when the reversal mechanism touches the adjustable end stop, the travel direction of the rolling ring drive will be instantaneously with no more than one second.

3.High Traverse Speed
The linear motion speed on the shaft can be up to 0.4m/s. max. So it can meet the requirement of high traverse speed and very frequent reversal

4.Release Device
The rolling ring drives are with the release system. It allows the rolling rings to disengage from the shaft without the shutdown and can be manually moved at any position on the shaft. It can traverse from the end part.
