Latest weather forecast as brutal snow storm hits the South

Snow is still on the ground in New Orleans and other parts of the South after a storm covered states that are usually not used to the frigid conditions. CBS News' Skyler Henry reports from Tallahassee, Florida, and meteorologist Jessica Burch has the latest weather forecast.
