I set out hiking 15 miles alone through Yosemite National Park to reach what I believe is the most epic campsite in the park - Yosmite’s Best Campsite. Along the way, I passed alpine streams, rugged trails, and jaw-dropping views before camping alone in complete wilderness. This was one of my most unforgettable backpacking adventures in Yosemite.

As the sun sets, I set up camp right on the edge, with the valley floor far below and the stars stretching endlessly above. From golden hour light painting El Capitan to the stillness of the night sky, this is Yosemite at its most magical.
