In this video I head down to the garage to continue work on my Toyota MR2 build. First up, I sand down the fibreglass bumper project that was originally shown on Chris’s channel to see how it’s come out and whether it’s ready for the next stage.
After that, I move on to sanding down Chris’s widebody arches kit, getting everything prepped and ready for show season. There’s still plenty of work to do, but it’s finally starting to come together.
To finish things off, I paint a set of original MR2 wheels in a drift bronze colour to see if they suit the car. I’m completely rethinking the theme of the build and moving away from pink, so this is a big step in deciding the new look of the car.
