Ingredients:
2 eggs (salt & pepper, beaten)
Bacon slices (fried until crispy)
1 tortilla or lavash
Ham slices
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Cheese (your choice, melts well)
Cooking steps:
Fry a few slices of bacon until golden.
Pour beaten eggs over the bacon and cook for about 1 minute.
Place a tortilla (lavash) on top of the egg mixture and cook for 4–5 minutes.
