At ITHIC 2025, Samuele Annibali, CEO of CampusX (CX), discusses with Roberto Gentile the group’s milestone achievement of 10,000 beds, the opening of the new Naples campus, and the next big challenge: the Rome San Pietro hybrid hotel–long stay project designed by Mario Cucinella.
Annibali explains how the demand for international student accommodation, flexible stays, and hotel-style services is transforming the PBSA market in Italy. He also reveals CX’s expansion pipeline, including Rome San Giovanni, and the newly launched CX Living, preparing the group for a future involving senior living, lifestyle services, and new living formats.
