Car Swapping Rusty Junkers For Cop Cars In GTA 5 RP

Today I car swapped my rusty junkyard cars for some very nice cop cars. This means I would be searching for police officers driving their nice new cars and with a click of a button I would leave them with my cheap broken slow junkyard car while I would drive away with their fast cop car. There is nothing more angry then a police officer losing his cop car they HATED this. Enjoy!
