👉Ingridients:
3 cups rice flakes (avalakki/poha) - 3 ಕಪ್ ಅವಲಕ್ಕಿ (poha/ಪೋಹಾ)
1 capsicum - 1 ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಸಿಕಂ
2 onion - 2 ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ
3 to 4 green chili - 3 ರಿಂದ 4 ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ
1/4 cup cabbage - 1/4 ಕಪ್ ಎಲೆಕೋಸು
1/4 cup peas - 1/4 ಕಪ್ ಬಟಾಣಿ
1/4 cup roasted gram dal (hurugadale) - 1/4 ಕಪ್ ಹುರಿದ ಬೇಳೆ (ಹುರುಗಡಲೆ)
3 tbsp oil - 3 ಚಮಚ ಎಣ್ಣೆ
1 cup groundnut (peanut) - 1ಕಪ್ ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೀಜ (ಶೇಂಗಾ)
1 tomatoes - 1 ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೊ
2 strip curry leaves - 2 ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಎಲೆಗಳು
1/2 tbsp cumin seed - 1/2 ಚಮಚ ಜೀರಿಗೆ
salt to taste - ರುಚಿಗೆ ಉಪ್ಪು
coriander leaves - ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಎಲೆಗಳು
1/2 tsp mustard seeds - 1/2 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಸಾಸಿವೆ
1 tsp turmeric powder - 1 ಚಮಚ ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ
salt to taste - ರುಚಿಗೆ ಉಪ್ಪು


👉Ingridients:
1 cup semolina (uppit rava) - 1ಕಪ್ ರವೆ (ಉಪ್ಪಿಟ್ ರವಾ)
1 cup curd - 1 ಕಪ್ ಮೊಸರು
1/2 cup rice flakes (poha/Avallaki) - 1 ಕಪ್ ಮೊಸರು
salt to taste - ರುಚಿಗೆ ಉಪ್ಪು
1/2 tsp fruit Eno - 1/2 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಹಣ್ಣು ಎನೋ

coconut Chutney Ingridients: ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು:
1 cup fresh coconut - 1 ಕಪ್ ತಾಜಾ ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ
1/4 cup roasted gram - 1/4 ಕಪ್ ಹುರಿದ ಗ್ರಾಂ
4 to 5 cloves garlic - 4 ರಿಂದ 5 ಲವಂಗ ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ
1 inch ginger - 1 ಇಂಚಿನ ಶುಂಠಿ
salt to taste - ರುಚಿಗೆ ಉಪ್ಪು
4 to 5 green chili - 4 ರಿಂದ 5 ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ
coriander leaves - ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಎಲೆಗಳು
curry leaves - ಕರಿಬೇವು
