The Aalsmeer Flower Auction (Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer) is a huge structure in The Netherlands where 40% of the international flower trade flows through. The warehouse is as big as The Vatican, the whole complex is as big as Monaco. Every day, 20 million flowers and plants are traded at Aalsmeer, and it's a mesmerizing sight that visitors can go see. I went with my friend Linus and we learned about the Dutch auction, warehouse logistics, and had fun with the green screen exhibits.
