6 oz Cheddar Cheese
2 Oz Emmentaler Cheese
2 teaspoons garlic
2 teaspoons worcestershire
1 cup light beer
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Corn Starch
mix cheeses together and coat them in corn starch, set aside.
Heat pot to medium low, add the beer, garlic, worcestershire, mustardp owder together and whisk. Then add the cheese, continually whisking until smooth- don't let the bowl get too hot! I keep it at about a 3 or 4.
