DEFIANCE, Ohio (WTVG) -- Get ready to feast on this SUPER SIZED Dine in the 419 at The Compound, 211 Carpenter Rd, Defiance, OH!
Chef Aaron Weible is the General Manager of this entertainment destination. He shows us around Sweetwater Chophouse and Fired Stone Tavern, two uniquely different restaurants stacked on top of one another at Eagle Rock Golf Club.
At Sweetwater, we sample a Del Monaco Steak on a Salt Brick and Pork Chop smoked and brined and covered in apple cranberry chutney. Plus, Truffle Fries, Brussel Sprouts, Crème Brûlée. Then, we head downstairs to Fired Stone Tavern for Wood-Fired Pizza, a Roadhouse Burger topped with smoked brisket and onion rings, and Smoked Wings that are fried, and tossed in a combo sauce of BBQ and Buffalo called BAR-balo.
We also get a sip of some Hazy beer brewed next door at 4KD Crick Brewery and a look around The Crick Entertainment Center, which is BRAND NEW!
