Horno precalentado 350 F
4 tazas de calabaza majada
4 tazas de batata majada
½ taza leche de coco
½ taza de leche evaporada
1 taza de harina de arroz
½ taza de mantequilla sin sal; temperatura ambiente
4 huevos grandes
2 tazas de azúcar
TE:
1 taza de agua
½ taza de jengibre rallado
¼ cdta anís
¼ cdta clavos
2 ramas anís estrellado
1 rama grande de canela
1 cdta sal
