The Official Release Party Of A Showgirl: Taylor Swift

I watched this in my old stomping grounds at Factoria Cinemas, screen 2, one of the original 3 screens of this theater (now rebranded AMC Factoria 8.) I sold popcorn at the concessions bar here 40 years ago but I hardly recognized the place!

This recording is from the 9pm showing, Oct.4, 2025.

They are saying this movie was unrated, however I noticed 2 places where the lyrics were edited to become G rated instead of R rated. So it appears they were trying to make this movie safe for all ages, even if it didn't officially have a movie rating.

Specifically, I saw that she replaced the line "because my dick's bigger" with "because my check's bigger" and also replaced "his love was the key that opened my thighs" with "his love was the key that opened my skies." Maybe there were more than 2 lyric edits but those are the only two that I detected on first viewing.

I'll be curious if anyone else notices additional lyric revisions, so maybe leave a comment if you catch one that I missed...

By the way, if I had any inkling that there would be Tay-Tay graphics played with many of her greatest hits PRIOR to the event start time, I would have shown up much, much earlier! But as soon as I walked into the room and saw it already in progress, I quickly found my seat and promptly started recording.
