Jalapeño cheese bread mistakes were made.But we made it through and it’s still yummy .Everyone makes mistakes we just keep going and move on from them .

Prep Time: 20 mins
Cook time : 30mins
Additional time is : 1 Hr 25mins
Total Time is : 2Hrs 25 mins
Ingredients
2 cups warm water
2/3 cups sugar white
1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of active dry yeast ( 1 Package)
6 Cups of flour - bread flour
Directions.
1.Gather all ingredients.
2. Dissolve the sugar in the warm water in a large bowl and stir in yeast. Allow to proof till it resembles a creamy foam (5-10 MINUTES).
3.Mix Oil and salt into yeast. Mix in 1 cup of flour at a time.
4.knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth. (at this point I would add my cheese and jalapenos)
5.place the dough in a well-oiled bowl and turn dough to coat. Cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise until doubled in size about 1 hour.
6.after the dough has risen punch down the dough Knead for a min's shape into 2 loaves and place in a well-oiled bread pan.
7. Allow the dough to rise until it has topped the pans by 1 inch about 30 mins (now mine takes longer so have some patience it will get there.)
8. meanwhile you can preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
9.when they have risen put in oven for 30 mins
10. Pull loves from the oven and put in a baking rack for cooling or enjoy warm.
