Are you ready to future-proof your body and train for life? The Functional Movement Challenge from Chris Hemsworth’s Centr is a first-of-its-kind 6-week functional strength training program designed to help you move better in everything you do. Find your baseline and start moving with the first 30-minute dumbbell workout from the program, led by Centr expert Maricris Lapaix.


This home workout starts with a functional test to measure your current level of functional fitness and strength – with regular tests throughout the program, you’ll see tangible progress and get a real-time picture of how your skills are coming together!


Then it’s all about building full-body stability and mobility. Follow Luke Zocchi for exercise regressions (to lower the intensity) and Ingrid Clay for progressions (to level up).


Workouts in this program are targeted at intermediate-advanced level. If you’re a beginner, pace yourself and know your limits.
