After retiring as an assassin and seeking solace in the peaceful Gontranno Sanctuary in Sicily, Agent 47's tranquil life takes an unexpected turn. He is forced to pick up his weapons once again when his mentor and friend, Father Vittorio, is targeted for assassination. Determined to protect Father Vittorio, Agent 47 embarks on a series of missions across various locations, facing dangerous adversaries and unraveling a web of intrigue.

The journey begins in Sicily, where Agent 47 is tasked with eliminating Don Guillermo, a local crime boss. Infiltrating Don Guillermo's mansion, he skillfully gathers information and eliminates the target, but his actions attract the attention of an old enemy, the Russian Mafia. To uncover their connection to his past, Agent 47 conducts surveillance in St. Petersburg, carefully collecting evidence while avoiding detection.

The next mission takes him back to St. Petersburg, where he must eliminate General Makarov, a corrupt military officer. In Kirov Park, Agent 47 successfully eliminates the general, but the fallout draws him into a mission in Rotterdam, Netherlands. There, he infiltrates an underground torpedo facility controlled by a gang, retrieves a keycard, and foils their plans.

As the stakes escalate, Agent 47 is called to infiltrate a grand mansion in St. Petersburg hosting a party. His objective is to recover a stolen nuclear warhead discreetly. Navigating the mansion's tight security, he uses disguises and distractions to retrieve the warhead without alerting the guards.

The journey continues to Honshu, Japan, where Agent 47 tracks Hayamoto Jr., a dangerous Yakuza leader. Infiltrating Hayamoto's heavily guarded headquarters, he uncovers evidence of the Yakuza's illegal activities and exposes their operations.

The mission then takes Agent 47 to a remote drug facility in South America, where he eliminates drug lord Pablo Ochoa and destroys the drug lab. He proceeds to a heavily guarded asylum in Romania, where he rescues Father Vittorio from captivity, navigating through the complex and neutralizing the guards.

Finally, Agent 47 finds himself back at the Gontranno Sanctuary in Sicily, desperately defending Father Vittorio from relentless assassination attempts. Waves of skilled assassins test his abilities, but Agent 47's determination and expertise prevail as he safeguards his mentor and brings the enemies to justice.
