The Los Angeles MBDA Business Center is a federal business assistance program funded through the U.S. Department of Commerce. In 2022, the MBDA became an official federal department with the mission of assisting Minority Small Business Owners to perfect their business infrastructures in order to scale and actively compete for government, utility and private sector contracts. 

Our services include one-on-one counseling, contract sourcing, RFP & RSOQ review and analysis, bid proposal development, customized bid matching strategies, access to markets, training resources, access to capital and networking opportunities.

The PACE Business Development Center (BDC) provides no-cost advising services and low-cost educational programs to entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their small business. PACE BDC business advisors work with entrepreneurs in one-to-one sessions in the areas of management, marketing, sales, finance, accounting, and other disciplines required for small business growth, expansion, and innovation.
