Hopping back into road running and easing back into base building in preparation for the Mount Dora Half Marathon in December!
Follow along as I tackle a week's worth of workouts:
Monday- 4 miles with strides
Tuesday- 4 miles recovery
Wednesday- Strength and cross-training with Aerial Silks
Thursday- 6.25 miles including speedwork
Friday- 21 miles cycling
Saturday- 10.25 mile long run
Sunday- 2 mile recovery run and strength
