Paper Bag Sublimation | DIY Packaging with Sublimation

Even with digital printing, customizing packaging can get costly, super fast. If you have a heat press, however, creating DIY packaging with sublimation is a small business hack that you can do at home at home while saving on costs. In this video, we show you how I used sublimation printing to do my own packaging and how easy it is for you to do small runs of your packaging and create personalized paper bags, tissue paper, and stickers. This is a sublimation video for beginners as well as for anyone wanting to DIY their brand packaging. Temperatures we used
Printing custom stickers - 340F or 170C at 100 seconds
Paper bag sublimation - 395F or 200C at 100 seconds
Sublimation on tissue paper - 395F or 200C at 100 seconds
**We always recommend you following the manufacturer's instructions and/or doing tests on your machine for best results


Materials used for sublimation printing on packaging:
Paper bags (should have glossy appearance)
Tissue paper
Sublimation sticker vinyl
A heat press
Heat resistant tape
Kraft paper
Sublimation paper printed at local shop
