Hope for Migraine with New Migraine Treatment Research

In this recording of a Live Webinar event, Shoshana Lipson, Executive Director of Migraine Meanderings, welcomes Dr. Stewart J. Tepper as he talks about multiple migraine treatments that are currently being researched and in clinical trials. One medication is expected to be FDA-approved in January 2025, an exciting new class of medications (PACAP inhibitors) is currently in Phase 2b trials and expected to go into Phase 3 trials soon, and an innovative medical device, Nerivio, which is already FDA-cleared for adults and adolescents 12+ is hoping to receive an additional indication for children under 12 very soon. Dr Tepper is VP of the New England Institute for Neurology and Headache in Stamford, CT and Professor of Neurology at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. He has published more than 480 peer-reviewed manuscripts, editorials, and books on Headache Medicine. Dr. Tepper serves on the Executive Board of Directors and is the Corporate Liaison for the American Headache Society.
