Lately, I've been feeling alot of pressure, panic and a bit of anxiousness - all things that I've done to myself. I tend to put pressure on myself to achieve and get things done, which pulls me straight out of my feminine energy.
The practices in this video work for me, but I recommend trying different things to figure out what works best for you. To me, feminine energy is all about being present and in your body. It's about flowing and creativity. 🙏🏽💛
