IS 800:2007 and Recent amendments: Interacted with U.G. & P.G. students of RIT, Kolhapur for the design of steel structures. We discussed about few important areas such as elastic stability of steel structures, buckling, recent amendment vs NBC 2016, few practical difficulties for design of steel structures, etc.
We may organise the similar type of sessions in different institutes. Our aim is to work towards bridging the huge gap between academics and the current industrial practices.
