Starting today, Australians traveling to Bali will face new entry requirements as Indonesia rolls out its updated digital arrival system. All visitors must now complete the All-Indonesia Arrival Card online before departure, replacing multiple forms with a single streamlined process. Travelers are also required to apply for an e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) at least 48 hours before flying, or they can still obtain a VOA upon landing. In addition, tourists must pay the Bali tourist levy of IDR 150,000 (around AUD 15), which can be settled online or at the airport. Passports must be valid for at least six months, and even minor damage could lead to denied entry. With these changes, Aussies heading to Bali are urged to prepare their documents and payments in advance to ensure smooth travel.
