While cleaning my iPhone screen, I discovered that there was a curve in it. I tried to push the screen back in and quickly realized something was wrong. I did a quick google search and discovered that the problem was most likely a swollen battery issue. The battery has somehow gone bad and started to swell. This swelling pushed against my screen and caused my screen to bow and to curve.
I did more research and found that the most reliable battery came from ifixit. Ifixit batteries and battery replacement kids had overwhelmingly good reviews and I knew this one was the one to get.

The actual replacement wasn't too bad. I would do it again. The ifixit directions also made it really easy to do the repair.
