According to my knowledge there are 2 kinda diaphragms on the market, one require glue and one does not. I have this second one.
2 infos came later:
the hole at the bottom of the piston and the ear of the diaphragm should be aligned to each other. It seems my "original" arrangement was not ok (see comments below)
to push in the rubber into the collars you can use a plastic bankcard if you don't have enough big thumbnails
