The Middle East is a region that after the discovery of oil, has gone through one of the most accelerated modernization processes in the world. It went from being basically just a desert 🐪🏝️, to becoming an example of the modern cities including some of the tallest buildings in the world.

Countries like The United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar and Saudi Arabia have spent Billions of dollars building towers made of glass with futuristic looks. But there is a country that has gone in a completely different direction.

I’m talking about the beautiful country of Oman 🇴🇲
This place has rules against building higher than 40 meters, rules to keep the country relaxed like the fact that is forbidden to use the horn of the car, or disturb public tranquility, and when you arrive here, and you meet their people, it all makes sense. Omanis are extremely chilled, nice and welcoming, and their country definitely represents their style.

I 100% recommend visiting this country because not only is the oldest country in the Arab world, but they are truly trying to conserve their culture, and it’s amazing
