Desi Tadka Chicken Gravy – Ghar Jaisa Swad, Hotel Jaisi Khushboo
🥘 Samagri:
Chicken – 1 kg (wash kiya hua)
Sarson oil – 4 tbsp
Tezpatta – 2
Onion – 3 (barik kata hua)
Adrak lahsun ka paste – 2 tbsp
Tamatar + onion ka paste – 1 cup
Haldi powder – ½ tsp
Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
Zeera powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Namak – swad anusar
Garam pani – zarurat ke hisab se
Hara dhaniya – garnish ke liye
🍗 Banane ka Damdaar Tarika:
Step 1:
Sabse pahle chicken ko ache se wash karke side me rakh dein.
Step 2:
Kadhai me sarson oil garam karein.
Usme tezpatta aur kata hua onion dal kar golden brown hone tak saute karein.
Step 3:
Ab chicken dal kar medium flame par achche se bhunai karein jab tak chicken ka rang badalne lage.
Step 4:
Isme adrak lahsun ka paste dal kar 2–3 minute tak bhunein jab tak tez khushboo na aaye.
Step 5:
Ab tamatar–onion ka paste dal dein.
Uske baad haldi, lal mirch, zeera powder, black pepper, garam masala aur namak dal kar
masale ko oil chhodne tak bhunein.
Yahi gravy ka asli taste hai 😍
Step 6:
Ab garam pani dal kar dhak dein aur 8–10 minute tak paka lein
taaki chicken soft ho jaye aur gravy thick ban jaye.
Step 7:
Jab gravy ready ho jaye to upar se hara dhaniya dal kar garnish karein aur gas band karein.
