This was how the wish list of FRERICHS GLAS GmbH was implemented in Verden.
A vacuum lifter was being sought for the crane line, and it needed to have the following features:
the ability to move strips of glass measuring 2000 x 1000 mm up to 6000 x 600 mm
easy handling
clockwise / anti-clockwise rotation across an infinitely variable range
maximum weight of 250 kg
Here you can see how the first test run went at FRERICHS GLAS GmbH in Verden.
At his first attempt, without any preliminary tests, the operator was able to move a glass pane measuring about 4500 x 700 mm and to place it on the belt of his polishing machine.
This vacuum lifter, the 7025-AD4-2, is equipped with a pneumatic economy circuit, as well as with a quick-release function. This not only makes the 7025-AD4-2 vacuum lifter economical, it also places a 'green thumb' on the air supply - reducing consumption - and also reducing workplace noise emission levels.
