In this session we explore why the present moment and learning how to remain in the present moment can be such a great gift to us. It is only in being present in our moments that we can be truly alive. When we can connect with that aliveness and the feeling of any given moment, we find that each moment can be perfect. We no longer have to wait for everything to be "just so". We don't have to work hard to create some future perfect moment. When we can be just where we are, we can receive the great gift of each perfect moment.
