This week on Chronic Illness Weekly… you’re finally meeting the team! 💛 I introduce my incredible support workers, Poppy, Eboni & Beth and share a little behind-the-scenes of how we work together to make life (and content creation) with chronic illness more manageable.

I also squeezed in a lovely little hangout with some fellow disabled creators including Shelbykins and Disabled Eliza — but, in true Jenni style, I massively overdid it and spent the rest of the weekend in full recovery mode. Cue crafts, comfort TV, and lots of sofa time.

There’s a real mix this week: joyful moments, honest overexertion, and some very real pacing fails. If you’re chronically ill or disabled and trying to figure out how to juggle life without burning out — this one’s for you.
