🚇 Driver training? Fully automated MTR South Island Line being operated manually 南港島綫手動駕駛

This video was filmed on 2022/08/19.
The MTR South Island Line is a fully automated line where there are no drivers on board. I happened to witness a driver controlling the train. This video covers both directions of the line operated by a driver. You can see how the signalling system works on this train. The line wasn't suffering from any faults, so I guess this is part of the driver's training? This only last till that day's noon.

港鐵南港島綫是一條全自動駕駛路線，在正常情況下車上不會有司機，有司機駕駛是十分罕有的，而我碰巧遇到有司機駕駛的南港島綫列車・影片覆蓋南港島綫來回方向，可以看到司機如何操作列車以及信號系統的運作。拍攝時南港島綫並沒有發生任何故障，因此這個安排應該是司機訓練？相關安排只維持至當日中午。
