6th Ganderbal District Yogasana Championship 2025-26 Held at Indoor Stadium Sehpora
GANDERBAL: The 6th Ganderbal District Yogasana Championship 2025-26 was successfully organized today at the Indoor Stadium Sehpora, Ganderbal. The event was held under the banner of the Jammu and Kashmir Yogasana Association, operating under the authority of the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council and affiliated with Yogasana Bharat.
A large number of participants from across the district took part in various Yogasana categories, showcasing discipline, strength, and athletic excellence. The championship aimed to promote Yogasana as a competitive sport and encourage youth participation at the district level.
The event was smoothly coordinated under the supervision of Organising Secretary, Ms. Showkeya Qadir Bhat (DGYSA), who appreciated the enthusiasm of the participants and the support from officials and trainers.
The championship concluded with appreciation for the winners and participants, reaffirming the district’s growing interest in Yogasana as a structured and competitive discipline.
