How to Repair Oscillating Belt & Spindle Sander || Clark COEBS1, Triton TSPST450 and Many Others

I bought this Clark COEBS1 second hand. It came with a fault. The problem appeared to be mechanical but closer investigation reveals electrical failure with the motor.
In this episode I will do a tear down, describe working parts and principles, show how to test the circuit board and carry out the repair.
I will also try to point out what else could go wrong in case you are dealing with a different break down.
