After the emperor’s niece of the german state has been shot, the emperor sends an ultimatum to the french king to pay 16 million mark and hand over the influence/control over the belgian government as well over the french’s. The french king refuses the ultimatum and sees it as total german expansion. He allies immediately Great Britain,belgium and russia. The habsburg empire seeing this joins instantly the german state afraid of the balance of power being broke. Romania and Italy which are alerted to that major event join the french’s alliance to prevent the total dominance of the german race over europe.
