Just east of Downtown Colorado Springs you'll find the funky and eclectic neighborhood of Knob Hill. This spot is also known as KHUAD (pronounced kay·wad), which stands for Knob Hill Urban Arts District. KHUAD is an eclectic neighborhood deeply committed to fostering a grassroots arts community. Along the main thoroughfare, you'll catch a glimpse of more than 70 different murals all created by local street artists. By providing young artists a place to build their portfolio and hone their craft, Knob Hill has become a community-centric hub for the city's creative scene.
