Last week, I created this beautiful sunset ombré buttercream cake for a special Communion and Confirmation celebration. The client requested three layered buttercream colors: yellow, peach, and pink, to capture the soft and elegant tones of a sunset.
This cake features four layers of lemon butter cake with fresh lemon juice and zest, filled with lemon American buttercream. I decorated it with an acrylic cross, name topper, edible pearls, macarons, and fresh flowers to complete the elegant design.
