This is how Optimus Prime shows his disappointment to Megatron

After Optimus Prime defeated D16, Optimus displayed two personalities when speaking to Megatron—one where he spoke with his battle mask on and one without it. In the case where he wore the battle mask, Prime wanted to emphasize that he was speaking as Optimus Prime to a Cybertronian enemy. Meanwhile, in the case where he removed the battle mask, he wanted to clearly show his disappointment towards an old friend who had let him down.
