This was a video shot by Alison Quant of Williams/BallyMidway, of a DE JP game on a test location early in its release. The reason was to have proof that DE was violating Williams' US patent number 5,123,647, issued June 23, 1992. That patent, among other things, covered Rudy's eyes following the ball around the playfield on the Funhouse pinball machine. DE was having the T-Rex swivel to follow the ball around the playfield on JP and WIlliams was none too happy about it. Data East changed the software to stop doing that once Williams complained; they never needed to use this video as proof in court or anything.
So yeah, it's twenty minutes of early-software Jurassic Park being played on location. Probably a snooze-fest, but thought someone out there might appreciate it.
