حکام کے مطابق یہ تعمیرات مون سون کے دوران خطرناک ثابت ہوتی ہیں کیونکہ نالے کا پانی ان میں داخل ہو کر جانی و مالی نقصان کا باعث بنتا ہے۔
اس کے ساتھ ساتھ یہ زمین ریلوے اور آر ڈی اے کی ملکیت ہے جس پر ناجائز قبضہ کیا گیا تھا۔
