Move your mountains
When you have the courage
To be strong for yourself,
Do not move your mountains for
Society’s approval of your strength,
For only you understand the heaviness
Of the mountains you carry

I believe healing is like building sandcastles by the seashore,
Expecting the waves to come crashing in, yet creating art
With every wave, a new opportunity to rebuild yourself into a
Better version of yourself, to grow stronger, think wiser, love deeper

When you choose to flow with the currents of life, each wave
Becomes easier to navigate, only when you begin to swim
Against the currents you will encounter hardships, grief, and suffering

Be water, flow through anything that comes your way,
Be water, adapt yourself to your environment, be water,
Heal everything that you touch, because what I’ve learned
From healing is that there is no destination,
Life is a journey and there is no road that can lead you to Nirvana, the road is within yourself, look within to
Build yourself a strong foundation and life’s wave will flow right through you
