This is like a yes and no situation. He stills loves and cares for Micheal deep deep down and doesn’t like to see him upset. CC just overthinks and gets reminded of past events sometimes. How could you blame him though? His own brother killed him. Although Micheal has changed A LOT, is way more caring and isn’t rude anymore, CC still has reason not to forgive mike. He still appreciates Micheal and how nice he is, how he protects him and Liz, but CC still doesn’t know how to fully forgive someone that ended his life. Even if it was an accident.
